Because our Ceremonial Cacao is a food product, we have specific guidelines to ensure safety and quality.
Returns Due to the perishable nature of cacao, we do not accept returns for food items once they have been shipped. This ensures that all the cacao we distribute remains untampered and safe for our community.
Refunds & Replacements We want you to have a beautiful ritual experience. We will offer a refund or a replacement if:

Wrong Item Received: You received a product different from what you ordered.

Defective Quality: There is a verifiable issue with the quality of the cacao upon opening (please provide photos).
To initiate a request, please contact us at info@cacaoguatemala.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the product.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vivecacao.com.
